By using Mesob Dine, you agree to comply with local financial regulations and tax laws in Ethiopia. This software is designed to facilitate POS operations and is provided for business use only. መሶብ ዳይንን በመጠቀም፣ የኢትዮጵያን የፋይናንስ ደንቦች እና የታክስ ህጎችን ለማክበር ተስማምተዋል። ይህ ሶፍትዌር የሽያጭ ነጥብ (POS) ስራዎችን ለማቀላጠፍ የተነደፈ ሲሆን ለንግድ አገልግሎት ብቻ የተሰጠ ነው።
1. Acceptance of Terms 1. የአገልግሎት ውል ስምምነት
By accessing or using Mesob Dine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. መሶብ ዳይንን በመጠቀም በእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች ለመገዛት ተስማምተዋል። ካልተስማሙ ግን መድረኩን መጠቀሙን ወዲያውኑ ማቆም አለብዎት።
2. Account Responsibility 2. የሂሳብ ኃላፊነት
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility. Any unauthorized use must be reported to our support team immediately. የመግቢያ መረጃዎን በሚስጥር የመጠበቅ ኃላፊነት የርስዎ ነው። በመለያዎ ስር ለሚከናወኑ ማናቸውም ተግባራት ኃላፊነቱ የርስዎ ብቻ ነው። ማንኛውም ያልተፈቀደ አጠቃቀም ወዲያውኑ ለድጋፍ ቡድናችን ሪፖርት መደረግ አለበት።
3. Subscription & Billing 3. ምዝገባ እና ክፍያ
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the dashboard. አገልግሎቶቹ የሚሰጡት በምዝገባ ክፍያ ነው። በሕግ ካልተገደደ በስተቀር ክፍያዎች ተመላሽ አይደሉም። በዳሽቦርዱ በኩል ካልተሰረዙ በስተቀር ምዝገባዎች በራስ-ሰር ይታደሳሉ።
4. Data Management 4. የመረጃ አያያዝ
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. You own the content and data you upload, but grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service. Mesob Dine is not responsible for data loss caused by user negligence. የእርስዎን መረጃ በግላዊነት ፖሊሲያችን መሰረት እናስተናግዳለን። የሚልኩት መረጃ ባለቤት እርስዎ ነዎት፣ ነገር ግን አገልግሎቱን ለመስጠት መረጃውን እንድናስተናግድ ፈቃድ ይሰጡናል። መሶብ ዳይን በተጠቃሚ በቸልተኝነት ለሚጠፋ መረጃ ተጠያቂ አይሆንም።
5. Usage License & Restrictions 5. የአጠቃቀም ፈቃድ እና ገደቦች
We grant you a non-transferable license to use the platform for your specific business location. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the service for illegal activities. የአስተዳዳሪ እና የሰራተኞች መግቢያዎችን ለንግድ ስራዎ እንዲጠቀሙ ፈቃድ ተሰጥቶዎታል። ሶፍትዌሩን በግልባጭ መሐንዲስነት (Reverse engineering) መስራት፣ ማሰራጨት ወይም ለህገ-ወጥ ስራዎች መጠቀም በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው።
6. Limitation of Liability 6. የተጠያቂነት ገደብ
Mesob Dine is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. መሶብ ዳይን ያለ ምንም ዋስትና "እንደሚገኝ" የቀረበ ነው። በአገልግሎቱ አጠቃቀም ወይም አለመጠቀም ምክንያት ለሚመጡ ማናቸውም ጥፋቶች ተጠያቂ አንሆንም።
7. Termination 7. ውሉን ማቋረጥ
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present security risks to the platform. እነዚህን ውሎች የሚጥሱ ወይም ለመድረኩ የደህንነት ስጋት የሚፈጥሩ መለያዎችን የማገድ ወይም የማቋረጥ መብታችን የተጠበቀ ነው።
